🆓 If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

Sometimes things don’t go as planned — but don’t worry, we’ve got you.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup.

After inspection, you can choose between:

A replacement of the same product (if available), OR

Store credit valid for 120 days.

To help us resolve this quickly, please share an unboxing video or clear photos when raising your request.

We always want to be upfront:

Items bought during sale or promotional offers aren’t eligible for return/exchange.

We’re unable to accept returns for items damaged due to regular wear and tear, mishandling, or accidental breakage after delivery.

Please note that refunds are not offered.
