We want you to love every piece from Project 331. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll offer either:

• A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
• Store credit valid for 120 days.

📦 If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

• An unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the item

These must be shared within 12 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, claims made after 12 hours or without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Once the product passes our quality check, we'll send you a replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit valid for 120 days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
  
• We cannot accept claims for damage caused by regular wear and tear, accidental breakage or mishandling.
